Delivery Information

General Information

Free delivery is offered for orders above R1500.00. Orders below that amount will incur a delivery fee based on location (Calculated in Check-Out). See below for extra delivery information.

Deliveries are only completed for valid addresses within South Africa. We do not deliver Internationally.

Delivery is only made when orders are paid in full. We do not offer purchase terms or pay upon delivery.

Every order will receive tracking information after the order has been processed. Parcels can be tracked here.

All orders have delivery arranged. We do not offer collections for orders.

Please note that your order may be packed in a re-used, branded box. We believe in re-using boxes for certain deliveries to cut down in the need for more single use cardboard boxes.

Detailed Delivery Information

Delivery is only made on weekdays with no deliveries being made on weekends or public holidays.

Same-day order delivery is not offered.

Parcels cannot be delivered to PO boxes, courier offices, or post offices

Orders placed with Manual EFT will incur a delay of 1-2 business days to delivery on account of the delay in waiting for the payment to reflect.

  • Free Courier Delivery for orders over R1500, orders below R1500 will incur a courier delivery charge of R99. (Final cost calculated at check-Out)
  • Far Outlying Areas: 7-10 Working days
  • e.g  All Mines, Dullstroom, Hogsback, Kathu, Mtubatuba, Villiersdorp
  • Free Courier Delivery for orders over R1500, orders below R1500 will incur a courier delivery charge of R99. (Final cost calculated at check-Out)

Order Tracking

If your order has been processed and collected by delivery service, it can be tracked until it is delivered.

When the order has been processed, a tracking information email will be sent with details regarding tracking.
